POT LUCK AND BIBLE WORKSHOP
Attendance is not limited. The event is open to all BES members and friends who would like to participate.
The workshop itself will run from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Our subject will be "Jesus in the Light of Modern Scholarship" - a look at how scholars are using literary and historical methods to penetrate Christian claims about Jesus and determine what he ready said and did. Bring some food to share, and if you have access to one, a New Testament to refer to.

PROGRAM Panel Discussion
Zelda Simon, Glascoe Baker, Stan Pollack, Helena Wright, and Cathy Malcomb make short personal statements on how growing older has affected them. Baltimore Ethical Society members and friends, young and old, respond by sharing their own experiences and observations on growing old in America and by talking about their fears, hopes, and frustrations.
