Fritz's "Good Life" talk is entitled "The Good Life in Bad Times" and it will deal with the question whether it is really possible to live a life that is joyful, satisfying, and 
generous in times when bad things are happening to us and there is so much injustice, corruption, and violence in the world. 

This Sunday is also MOVEABLE TREATS Sunday.  Please bring your desserts to the meeting with you and place them on the table in the corner of our meeting room.
If possible, use sandwich or snack bags to wrap cookies, cake slices, etc. in serving-size portions and label them to indicate generally what they are.  Also note whether your dessert contains nuts or peanuts. And remember to avoid desserts with heavy icings or alcohol. 

For those who would like to contribute in some other way, we are also collecting canned goods and other dry-storage, shelf-stable foods for MOVEABLE FEAST TO distribute to AIDS and cancer patients and their families throughout Greater Baltimore.
