Question 6, here's what you can do:<br><br>  * Join us for phone banking this Friday, 5-7 PM<br>  * Hand out voter information guides on Election Day<br>  * Tell 20 friends to vote for Question 6<br>  * Contribute to Marylanders for Marriage Equality<br>

<br>BES is proud to be a member of the Marylanders for Marriage Equality<br>(MDFME) Coalition.  Our members and friends have done phone banking<br>three times, held a fundraising party that drew 60 people and raised<br>almost $900, and "adopted" a polling place on Election Day where we<br>

November 8, at 5:00 pm at City Hall for a rally to oppose the<br>construction of the new youth jail, with keynote by Rev. Jesse<br>Jackson.  BES belongs to the coalition Affirmative Youth Opportunity<br>(AYO) that believes we can act to reinvest the approved jail dollars<br>

to fund alternatives to detention, improve conditions for those who<br>need to be held, and rebuild Baltimore's system of recreation,<br>providing the basics in youth development opportunities while creating<br>jobs for adults and youth in our communities.  Read more at<br>
