Summer's almost over, but there's still plenty to do at BES:

Saturday, August 21 10:30 until done: Society Spruce-Up - come dressed to
clean. Questions? Contact Bob Corbett or Linda Percy.

Sunday, August 22 10:30 - 11:30: "Ethical Culture in a Nutshell" discussion
with Les Bradley on how to explain to others who we are succinctly.

Sunday, August 29 10:30 - 11:30: "Bridges out of Poverty" - a discussion
facilitated by Kirk Mullen, based on the book of the same name by Ruby K. Payne,
Philip DeVol, and Terrie Dreusel Smith.

Sunday, September 5 Noon - 3:00: Start of Season Picnic at Sparks Bank
Nature Center. Bring a dish to share, and a grill if you wish. Drinks, plates, etc.
provided. Come and enjoy the Nature Center, the NCR Trail, and the great food
and company we always have at pot luck events. Bring friends and family -
this fun time is not to be missed! See the September BESpeak for more details, or
contact Karen at President at BaltimoreEthicalSociety.org.

Sunday, September 12 10:30 - Noon. The new season begins with a bang from Fritz.
